Business Simulation

With “Serious Games” becoming a de facto training methodology, Glendinning have created the Real-Life™ Business Simulation Tool to enable clients to use their own data and category dynamics to facilitate business decision making and scenario planning. Using networked PC’s in a time controlled environment, your teams get to make decisions and receive real time feedback, allowing them to strengthen their understanding of causality relationships and become better decision makers.

Embedding techniques

Elearning
Glendinning has developed expertise in delivering eLearning content using a rich media platform which combines voice, video, interactive flash charts and quiz tools. Our technology platform is SCORM and AICC compliant and works in conjunction with all major LMS solutions.  Our eLearning solutions are differentiated through the utilisation of Glendinning proprietary content and narration by Glendinning consultants.

Compass
Compass™ is a system which assesses your people via an online questionnaire. Key technical skills and competencies are identified. Areas of strength and knowledge gaps are identified, followed by solutions and recommendations. 

Toolkit
This is a series of prompt cards which pull out the key tools from each course and provide a handy reminder for each delegate to revisit the key points. They explain each concept and highlights when to use the various techniques and practices and are great for use in coaching sessions

Skill Pods
A series of micro modules which address a specific subject e.g. Questioning and Listening skills which can by used by managers and individuals as a targeted refresher or for coaching sessions.
